Firewall:

This is the most common problem. The upload windows displays "Upload started ..." and then the progress bar hangs. If this happens you will need to (temporarily) turn off your PC's firewall.

Macintosh Fonts :

Mac fonts store information in the "resource fork". Unless these fonts are packaged inside a STUFFIT archive, the resource forks are stripped when uploaded. When that happens, we get font files with zero blocks. Be sure to STUFFIT all Mac source files and folders.

Large Files:

You can upload files with hundreds of megabytes. However, we don't recommend uploading files greater than 500 megabytes: Files greater than 500 megabytes arrive sooner if you burn a CD or DVD and send via overnight shipping.

Folders:

The upload site does not accept folders. Please Zip folders before uploading. If the files are coming from a Mac, please use Stuffit.
